24 year-old transgender male with a fair amount of presenting asymmetry (approximately an A cup on the right, B on the right), with ptosis as well. I advised the patient that he could likely be effectively treated in one stage, with removal of more tissue on the right side. This “FTM” chest masculinization was performed as a single-stage operation, with acceptable results (although the scars remain somewhat hypertrophic at 3 months).
